Key Responsibilities:
  • Pastry Creation: Lead the development and execution of our client's dessert menu, showcasing your creativity and expertise in pastry arts.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of pastry chefs, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to elevate their skills.
  • Quality Control: Ensure the consistent production of high-quality pastries, maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.
  • Menu Innovation: Introduce new and innovative pastry concepts, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients to captivate guests’ taste buds.
Requirements:
