Are you a driven and experienced head chef with a desire to work on the Emerald Isle. I am proud to be recruiting the head chef for a stunning seaside resort an hours drive from Dublin. My client are just finalising the plans to their brand new much anticipated seaside Bib Gourmand fine dining restaurant, with the plans for an August opening.
As head chef, you will be responsible for the food operation on site, focusing on using their large 5 acre vegetable garden for your fresh produce and sourcing other ingredients from local suppliers.
This is an excellent opportunity for a head chef who wants to make a name for themselves working in a stunning coastal location. You will have free reign on menu direction & style as well as suppliers and pricing. There is a state of the art kitchen comprising of all relevant modern equipment as well as a custom made smoker and BBQ, so experience in open fire cooking is preferential.
As well as an amazing salary of up to 65,000 Euros, my client also offers an industry leading benefits package, including company pension, amazing holiday allocation, to include Christmas and New year closure. Seasonal opening (closed for 8 weeks over Christmas), free gym and health club membership, and FREE ACCOMMODATION a stunning 2 bedroom apartment.
Initial interview will be via teams,zoom etc with a face to face interview & day in the kitchen for final interview. The client will reimburse any travel expenditure to attend interviews
