Our client, a busy and prestigious Hotel & Spa near Woodbridge is seeking a Head Chef to lead and grow their existing and successful team.
With previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or looking for the next step in your career, you’ll be supporting, managing and developing the kitchen brigade to manage daily kitchen activities, overseeing staff and ensuring you are leading by example.
Using your skills and experience, you’ll train and develop junior staff in the kitchen, to prepare, cook and present meals for service to the standards set by yourself and management.
You’ll be required to operate at both an operational and strategic level and take responsibility for monitoring the hiring, training and supervising of all team members, identifying additional sales opportunities, delivering excellent guest services and maximising revenues and profitability
Flexibility to work a variety of shift patterns, including breakfast and weekend shifts, you’ll be required to work 40 hours a week.
