Are you an experienced head chef, looking for a new challenge, my client are looking for a head chef to join their team to oversee the running of their award winning 1 AA Rosette golf hotel conference centre and restaurant in Norfolk. Accommodation is available for the right candidate.
 
The business is a family run business, focusing on using the best local ingredients the area has to offer, served to a very high standard.
 
As Head Chef you will be given full autonomy on menus and food ideas, and have a good understanding of menu development & costings, and be able to create menus that suit both the hotel clientele and the hotel & conference clients.

You will have full responsibility for coaching, developing and mentoring your team, working with your senior kitchen team to produce a menu using 100% fresh food catering for a large range of clientele and cuisines.  
 
The business is a true destination business, with a very loyal local client base topped up with tourist guests.
 
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be able to work a variety of shifts covering weekends, bank holidays and evenings.
 
The ideal candidate will have experience working at rosette level and have an understanding of traditional English classic restaurant food, as well as being able to think on their feet to utilise specials provided by local suppliers
