As an experienced Head Chef you will be leading a team of 6 - 8 and will be able to provide training whilst motivating your team and consistantly deliver a great food offering with a menu that offers trational pub classics aswell as indulgent dishes.
We're looking for a Chef that can lead by example, a chef with a level temperament and a chef that can create a good calm working environment. You'll be managing kitchen rotas and all aspects of health and safety, and will be leading a talented team that that have a real passion for food.
