My client are a leading, award winning attraction in Norfolk, and are now looking for a positive, enthusiastic Guest Relations Manager to join the team, ensuring that the daily operation of their Guest Services department meets the highest possible standards of quality and customer service, acting as their ambassador for excellent customer service skills.
You'll be used to working in an extremely busy area so goes without saying that you will need to be organised, flexible and able to motivate a team working under pressure.
With a friendly but professional approach, you will be hands-on and able to support the team as well as seek out strategies to continuously improve the guest experience.
You will ideally have a good amount of experience of managing a team, and will be able to demonstrate excellent initiative and communication skills, an eye for detail and has a genuine desire to give first class customer service.
With outstanding administration and customer service skills, you will have knowledge of managing departmental budgets, be a great people manager, coach, support and engage your team and support a positive, customer focused work environment, have experience of recruiting and training new crew members, be compliant with GDPR and have experience of working within the leisure or tourism sector.
This is such a vital role to the business - You will be responsible for all customer care touch points, including the telephone, face to face, via email and social media.
