What’s the job?
- To assist the Managing Director with the daily running and operations of the business.
- Motivate team members and monitor performance.
- Responsible for the sales and delivery teams in terms of people management, planning, co-ordination and development.
- To assist the sales team, offering advice and solutions to ensure the smooth running of our client's expansive client base.
- Managing customer complaints and implementing improvements.
- Work closely with the admin and accounts departments.
- Oversee health and safety implementation.
- Assist with purchasing and help with the scheduling of large projects by ensuring materials are on site at the right time and at the right price, so the team can hit their targets.
- Competitive Salary between £23K - £26K, depending on experience.
