In this role, you will be the driving force behind tracking and processing minor works jobs approved by the client. You'll follow each job from inception to completion, ensuring smooth communication with other departments, trades, contractors, and the client. Your responsibilities will extend to data management, tracking, and storage, as well as providing support to the Building Manager & Officer with Lifecycle work and any other assistance they may need. Your excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise your own workload, and strong communication abilities will be key to your success.
