The Role: As a Facilities Assistant, you'll be an essential part of a dedicated property management team in central Edinburgh. You'll work closely with the Property Manager to ensure that every unit within the building is maintained to a high standard. Dealing with tenant enquires and issues both effectively and efficiently. Your tasks will include carrying out weekly inspections, managing repairs, and assisting in routine maintenance and ensuring all works carried out are noted and logged accordingly. Arranging for contractors to conduct any repairs/maintenance that needs escalation. This role is ideal for someone with hands on experience in property maintenance or a similar field, who is also a problem solver and excellent at managing multiple tasks efficiently, IT literate with the ability to coordinate works to be carried out.
