This part time role is for two days per week, one of which is office based and the other remote. My client are ideally considering this role on a temp-to-perm basis.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Amazon FBA Shipments: Booking FBA shipments via Seller Central and liaison with warehouse manager to have goods ready for dispatch
- Customs Broker Portal: Managing goods clearance on AVASK portal and uploading packing lists
- Shipping Coordination: Booking UPS collections from the warehouse and tracking shipment progress from the UK, Netherlands, and Germany
- Communication Management: Monitoring and responding to relevant communications from their customs broker and Amazon
- Sales Monitoring: Tracking daily/weekly sales figures and managing inventory levels
- Reconciliation: Assisting with the reconciliation of fortnightly sales/fee statements with full training provided
- Issue Resolution: Raising and managing cases with Amazon to resolve any issues
- Distributor Support: Handling product listing enquiries from their well-established distributors
- Listing Management: Editing product listings as required and supporting marketing/promotions on their Amazon store
Experience in Amazon Seller Central/FBA is a must have

Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
