This Deputy manager/ short breaks manager role is ideal for someone who has trained in childcare and wants to contribute to a charitable trust supporting children. You’ll be supporting the daily running of the trust, overseeing meetings, bookings and the program of activities. In particular, you’ll supervise the team of short break staff, supporting their induction and training, and ensuring the scheme is ran smoothly.
In exchange for your skills, our client offers:
