Operating from a modern office space, my client is in search of a Customer Services person who will not only lead the customer service efforts with diligence and attentiveness but also take on significant office administration responsibilities. This role involves managing customer communications across various selling platforms, addressing queries related to product quality, delivery issues, and more.
Beyond customer service, your role will extend to vital office support tasks. This includes answering phones with a professional demeanour, managing relationships with suppliers, ensuring office facilities are maintained, and upholding Health & Safety standards within the office. You will be the point of contact for guests and visitors, manage contracts for IT and telephone services, and coordinate social and internal events, making this role diverse and integral to their operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to manage customer service software and Excel. Organisational skills and a professional approach to prioritisation and time management are crucial. Additionally, experience in office administration, including handling phones, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing office Health & Safety, is highly valued.
