You’ll use your customer service experience and warm personality for internal and external calls. Externally, you’ll be liasing with customers to let them know when engineering visits have been booked if there are any faults with the machinery, you’ll also be doing preliminary fault checking which you will be fully trained on. Internally, you’ll schedule installations and service work, using your exceptional organisation skills to make sure engineers have updated diaries that are manageable and feel prepared for roles. You’ll be sorting out roles all over the country so your skills in diary planning and data input will let you hit the ground running.
