Despite global pressures on economies, my client is having another record year with 24% growth resulting in sales approaching £7m.
They are aware that they are only as successful as the people within the company and they seek to encourage individuals to be the best they can be and make a difference. They are now in need of an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join the team, overseeing a small handful of Customer Experience Advisers, supporting them with their growth and the day to day running's. 
The purpose of your role will be to deliver an exceptional customer service experience to all clients and end users of their services, through dynamic and supportive management of the small customer service contact team. This will include managing KPIs, monitoring quality through coaching, managing performance and productivity, and dealing with any escalations. You'll be a great leader by example, happy to be in the trenches with the team doing the job.
You will have strong front line customer experience under your belt, coupled with supervisory/leadership of teams, in a sales or customer experience environment.
