Due to a massive refurbishment, my client are looking to employ a seasoned and experienced Hotel Conference & Events Operations Manager to strengthen & streamline their Conference and Operations team

As Operations Manager you will work closely with the General Manager, my client are looking for a hands on service led candidate with excellent attention to detail, who is confident to lead a large team managing multiple events of differing sizes at the same time.
As you will be part of the senior management team at the conference centre a knowledge of health and food safety, coupled with relevant first aid is required

As part of your role, you will have the opportunity to manage a large team of staff, made up of part time, full time and casuals, using your skills and experience to train and coach them to ensure the best service for the clients at all times.
A knowledge of back office F&B systems is essential as well as an ability to write & cost rotas, and manage and report on departmental P&Ls
