At Select Hospitality Cambridge we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Commis Chef for a beautiful destination hotel & conference centre near St Neots. I am looking for a hard working and driven chef, someone who is looking to learn from some of the best in the industry using state of the art equipment in a new refurbished kitchen.
The successful applicant will, as well as working in a busy conference kitchen, have the opportunity to be cross trained, in the 2AA rosette restaurant working across all sections in the kitchen gaining a varied and broad experience in all areas, helping with mise en place for the conference, lunch and dinner services.
As Commis chef you will have the benefit of being trained by some of the best in the industry, getting first hand on the job training and coaching using an industry leading training plan
