I am currently recruiting for a Commis Chef for an award winning Gastro Pub just outside of St Ives, in Cambridgeshire. If you are a chef who is keen to learn and keen to cook with a variety of local ingredients then this is a perfect opportunity for you.
You will work with a team of 4 in a brand new state of the art kitchen, learning all the texhniques required to excel in the hospitality industry.
The right attitude and a willingness to learn and be part of something new is more important to my client than experience, however an understanding of the workings of a commercial kitchen is prefered.
