My client, based in Clapham, is looking for an experienced chef with Educational Catering Background, someone who takes a great passion in inspiring, leading and developing a team and a culinary offer. You will have a great understanding of the current market trends, both local and worldwide and how to stay ahead offering your customers the best possible food experience. You will be able to demonstrate fantastic craft skills, and show how you can progress a team and the offer.
My client is looking for a dynamic and standards led Chef to work alongside a team of chefs ensuring the best standards of food & service. The chef manager will have a good understanding of P&L’s rota costing & planning, team training and development, menu planning, costing and implementation.
As well as a brilliant salary of up to £26000 dependent on skills, abilities and experience, this role has the advantage of day time hours and term time only
