We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join a well-established catering team within an education setting.
This is a term-time only position, ideal for a chef seeking excellent work–life balance while remaining hands-on in a professional kitchen.
The Role:
- Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality food
- Supporting daily service for pupils and staff
- Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards
- Working as part of a close-knit kitchen team
- Occasional overtime may be required to support the operation
- 7:00am – 3:00pm
- 40 hours per week
- £15.00 per hour
- Paid for 41 weeks per year, including 5.4 weeks paid holiday
- Term time only
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
- Passion for fresh food and consistent standards
- Reliable, organised, and a team player
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practice
