At Select Specialist Recruiters we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Chef de Partie working in a small independent gastro pub/Boutique hotel in Dereham.
As the Chef de Partie, you will get to work alongside an award winning Head Chef & Management team, serving a mix of deli bistro food alongside fine dining & Ala Carte menus.
You will have the opportunity to grow and develop learning from some of the best chefs in the region, as well as being able to impart your knowledge on the team below you. The company have an industry leading training programme and will try to promote from within at all opportunities.
You will come from a busy fresh food background, ideally from a fresh food restaurant or hotel background. As part of your role you will get the opportunity to be involved in menu writing & costing, stocktakes, and releveant due diligence, helping to further your career, and be deputise in the abscence of the head or sous chef
