Select Hospitality are proud to be recruiting for the role of Catering Manager for this state of the art B&I site in Cambridge. As Catering Manager, you will be responsible for a team of up to 7, serving a breakfast, lunch and hospitality services. The catering manager will have a good understanding of P&L’s, rota costing & planning, team training and development, menu planning, costing and implementation.
My client are looking for a proven catering manager or assistant catering manager looking for their next step, someone with exceptional customer service skills & attention to detail, with a great understanding of staff training & development.
As well as a brilliant salary of up to £38,000 dependant on skills, abilities and experience, you will be entitled to enhanced pension contribution and life assurance scheme, great working hours covering just Monday to Friday & 40 hours a week.
