We are looking for an experienced, talented, and passionate individual to oversee our large and varied operation, which spans multiple sites and includes one of Oxford University’s largest dining halls.

About the Role:
As Catering & Hopitality Manager, you'll lead the charge in running our diverse catering venues, including our magnificent Dining Hall that seats over 300, as well as multiple Cafés, Bars, and the Senior Common Room. You'll ensure the seamless coordination between front of house and kitchen teams, uphold first-class standards of service, hygiene, and presentation, and manage daily operations including staff, bookings, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role demands a leader who can motivate and exemplify excellence, ensuring that both team and service levels reflect the high standards expected by our college community, which ranges from students to senior academics and conference delegates.
