What’s the job?
- Day-to-day management and operation of the canteen services
- Manage Canteen Staff and workload of Canteen Staff
- Manage stock levels of the Canteen and timely ordering of stock
- Assure compliance with the health and safety and allergens
- Will be responsible for purchasing necessary products
- Menu Design
- Vending machine replenishment
- Manage catering for functions when required
- Effective Communication skills
- Comprehensive personal organisation
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Maintain safe work environment in accordance with the Work Health Safety Act
- NVQ in the food and beverage service or equivalent / Advanced Modern Apprenticeship is desirable
- Previous experience of working in a kitchen environment is desirable
- A fantastic work life balance, with no evenings or weekends and half day on Friday!
- 37 hours a week. Monday – Thursday 7.30 am / 4pm and Friday 7.30am / 12.30pm
