Breakfast Chef needed for a central Cambridge hotel, upto £34,500.  DAY TIMES ONLY

My client is seeking a dedicated Breakfast Chef to bring their culinary talents to a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a memorable start to the guests' day with a delightful buffet-style breakfast. Please note, this is a day-time only role with the option for overtime and every other weekend off.

In this role, you would be responsible for:
  • Preparing and presenting a range of breakfast items for the buffet
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, meeting food safety and cleaning standards
  • Managing stock and waste control to maintain profit margins
