I am looking for a Assistant Manager, for my client destination drinks experience shop in Central Cambridge. The ideal candidate will come from a wet led boutique background, and have a good understanding of excellent customer service as well as P&L accountability, sales & business development, people management & hospitality management
Due to the nature of the role being very entertainment and experience focused, you will need to be confident and willing to stand up and talk to groups of customers of differing ages and backgrounds.
You will work a varied shift pattern and will have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of different roles.
As Assistant manager you will have a good understanding & appreciation of spirits and spirit led drinks.
