Due to an internal promotion, Select Hospitality are proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of the fastest growing restaurant groups in the East Anglia for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the management team at this stunning independent restaurant & hotel in Colchester.

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and the management team to grow and build the business, attracting customers to the site and ensuring all guests receive excellent service and quality food and drink.
You will be responsible for managing, training & coaching a team of up to 12 Front of House Staff catering to over 1200 covers a week.
You will come from a sales and customer focused background, where you can use your skills and experience to maximise the enjoyment and experience of the customer.
The business comes with the advantage of being closed Christmas Day & Boxing Day
This role comes with a great salary of up to £30,000, plus tips, an industry leading benefits and perks platform, pension, as well as a great training and development package.
