Assistant Restaurant Manager

At Select Hospitality we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the management team at this stunning family run independent restaurant & hotel near Southwold.

My client are a very successful destination restaurant & hotel, who have just appointed a new award winning head chef, you will be instrumental in the growth and development of this recently revamped business.

My client will invest in you from day one and with their backing you will be coached and trained to run the business following their procedures.   

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef & Owners to grow and build the business, attracting customers to the site and ensuring all guests receive excellent service and quality food and drink. 

You will be responsible for managing, training & coaching a team of up to 14 Front of House Staff catering to over 800 covers a week. You will be an excellent people person, be able to sell the menu to your guests, & coach and train your team to realise the business potential.

The business comes with the advantage of being closed Christmas Day & Boxing Day.

This role comes with a great salary of up to  £30,000, plus tips, an industry leading benefits and perks platform, pension, as well as a great training and development package.
