At Select Hospitality we are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the management team at this stunning independent deli brasserie located just outside Cambridge
My client are a very successful destination tourist attraction, who have just appointed a new award winning head chef, you will be instrumental in the growth and development of this recently revamped business
My client will invest in you from day one and with their backing you will be coached and trained to run the business following their procedures
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager, Head Chef & Owners to grow and build the business, attracting customers to the site and ensuring all guests receive excellent service and quality food and drink.
You will be responsible for managing, training & coaching a team of up to 8 Front of House Staff catering to over 500 covers a week. You will be an excellent people person, be able to sell the menu to your guests, & coach and train your team to realise the business potential.
The business comes with the advantage of DAY TIME HOURS ONLY, however with the right management & kitchen team there is the opportunity for additional earnings by hosting speciality evening events
This role comes with a great salary of up to £25,000, plus tips, an industry leading benefits and perks platform, pension, as well as a great training and development package.
