- Event coordination: Play a key role in successful delivery of Alumni & Development functions, SCR events, and conferences across multiple college sites.
- Quality control: Oversee table layouts, meal preparations, and maintain impeccable food hygiene standards, including careful management of dietary requirements and allergens.
- Administrative duties: In the Front of House Manager's absence, manage rotas, respond to catering enquiries, and prepare payroll information.
- Stock management: Conduct regular audits in Hall, SCR, and Café areas.
- Training and development: Support staff inductions and ongoing training to ensure top-quality service and compliance with regulations.
- Health and safety: Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and COSHH regulations.
