Im looking for a driven and determined hospitality focused professional to join a group of independent coffee shops and bakeries in London. As Assistant Manager, you will join the management team driving excellent service and standards across your site, ensuring exceptional food, coffee and beverages are served at all times.
You will be working for a premium brand, who pride themselves as operating as an independent family run business. You will have the opportunity to work in all areas of the business imparting you knowledge on your team and learning from the senior management team above
The ideal candidate will come from a fast paced coffee & cafe background and be able to serve during busy periods.
You along with the manager will be responsible for training, coaching and mentoring a team of up to 15 Front of House Staff catering to over 1200 customers a week leading from the front at all times . You will come from a sales and customer focused background, where you can use your skills and experience to maximise the enjoyment and experience of the customer.
As well as a great starting salary of upto £30,000 this role offers a great career path to General Manager, along with working DAYTIME hours only
