Role & Responsibilities: In this vital role, you'll be the first point of contact, offering a warm welcome to patients and ensuring their journey with the clinic starts positively. Your duties will include managing appointments, taking payments, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring the smooth running of the clinic's day-to-day operations. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional organisational skills in diary management, liaising with patients and associates, and handling a variety of administrative tasks, including formatting reports and managing emails.
