My client provides outsourced IT consultancy, solutions, services, and support to high growth Businesses and professional services company's locally, and across the Globe. Working alongside a team of experienced IT professionals and reporting directly to the Technical Director, you'll become a key part of the continued success of the business and their clients.
Your starting role will likely be 50% BAU support 1st to 3rd line. (Primarily 3rd line escalation and deep technical support). 50% Projects.

Technical Requirements:
Virtualization: VMWARE & Hyper V experience end to end
SAN / NAS / DAS: storage at enterprise level experience
MDM: Microsoft Intune & Other
Apple Business Manager / DEP
DaaS: Jumpcloud, Azure etc.
SaaS: G-Suite & Office 365
OS & Application deployment: Managed Engine, JAMF, SCCM etc.
Firewall / Networking at level that they can setup a functioning network end to end. (Cisco Meraki)
Mac & PC experience/integration at an infrastructure level (file servers, network etc.)
Various backup solutions from endpoint to servers etc. The more the better.
Previous Experience with:
Azure integration (Hybrid networks, VMs, Express Route etc.)
knowledge of AWS and GCS would be good.
Office 365 & G-Suite migrations
Project scoping and delivery
Infrastructure from the ground up 200 users+ minimum
Proven track record with R&D of new technologies and implementation thereof. Examples would be good.
Reporting to senior management with direct responsibility for maintenance, monitoring and ongoing support of technology at scale.
Worked with an MSP and understands the expectations and demands of the role.
