In this vibrant role, you'll be at the heart of service desk escalations, dealing with 2nd/3rd line intricacies while also diving into project scoping and execution. The role also involves regular business as usual support to ensure a smooth workflow. A strong background in migrations to Microsoft 365, general support of Microsoft 365 platforms such as Exchange, SharePoint, and Azure Active Directory, and expertise in networking (like UniFi, Cisco, Meraki) will set you up for success. Furthermore, proficiency in VMware and Hyper-V virtualisation and supporting Windows and macOS endpoints will stand you in good stead.
