This exciting role is for an IT 1st/2nd Line Support professional. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the educational establishment’s IT network and systems while also providing on-site and remote first-line and occasionally second-line support to staff, students, and other members of the community. You will also take on responsibilities such as monitoring the IT helpdesk system, assisting with project work, carrying out regular checks on IT equipment, and keeping our IT asset register and documentation up to date.
