Select Recruitment is currently recruiting Pickers and Packers for one of our valued clients based in Norwich. This is a great opportunity to secure a steady warehouse role within a busy and supportive environment.
Start Dates: Between 2nd March – 9th March 2026
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract Type: Seasonal (approximately 2–3 months) with potential for long-term opportunities for the right candidates
Working Hours: 14:00 – 22:00 Monday to Friday
Key Duties:
- Insert and collate products by hand according to order specifications
- Manually bag, scan and pick items to complete orders efficiently
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Load and unload boxes and products
- Follow all company policies and health & safety guidelines within the fulfilment area
- During training, you may be required to work 08:00 – 16:00 (day shift)
- Once training is complete, you will move to the afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00, Monday to Friday
