Our client is seeking Trainee Account Managers to successfully manage customer expectations by generating appointments/leads with new professional clients. The nature of the role is specialist business development on behalf of designated clients.
You will have:
*Good communication and engagement skills
*Ability to investigate and research target market
*Ability to develop relationships
*Confidence
*Empathy for client's requirements
*Ability to learn products and services
*Strength to close
*Resilience
*Efficient ability to manage time
*Effective questioning skills
*Desire to achieve
*Good keyboard skills (minimum 30 wpm)
*Good understanding of MS office packages
*Own transport and full driving licence required due to location
Ideally you will have experience in some kind of customer orientated environment, however the role could suit an ambitious individual with a desire for sales or business development.
