As the Till & Customer Service Manager, your day-to-day will encapsulate:

  • Ensuring that the till team not only provides exemplary customer service but maintains top-notch accuracy.
  • Analysing transactional reports, ensuring company policies are strictly adhered to and devising innovative solutions to emerging problems.
  • Overseeing financial dimensions including cash reconciliations, refund analysis, system price accuracy, and interpreting financial reports.
  • Steering the managerial helm, you'll recruit, train, and manage performance, while orchestrating weekly rotas ensuring optimal staffing.
  • Upholding the technical and security aspects, from monitoring till hardware, ensuring data protection, to focusing on reducing theft.
