Temporary Receptionist (potential temp to perm)

Our prestigious client, based in the city centre, is currently looking to recruit for an organised and well-presented Receptionist/Administrator for 3 weeks.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the reception desk and ad-hoc administration

The role pays £11p/h, hours are 9:30-5pm Monday to Friday.

Please note, this role is an immediate start so please ensure you are available ASAP.

The Role
·Welcoming and providing assistance to visitors
·Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone and email
·Managing booking for internal meeting rooms
·Ensuring the Reception area is well presented at all times

The Ideal candidate

·Excellent Customer Service and Communication
·Proficient IT Skills
·Friendly and Approachable manner
·Admin, Reception or Customer Service background
