Do you thrive on dealing with end to end customer queries - taking ownership of an initial enquiry through to a satisfactory conclusion? Our client, an award winning industrial services company within the Engineering sector are looking for a Customer Advisor to work within their King’s Lynn distribution centre.

Controlling the process and assisting customers to select the most suitable product for their needs and to manage the process efficiently through to order. Proactively updating customers in relation to the progress of order. Liaison with suppliers and compiling accurate quotations are just some of the duties this role will entail. If you are an experienced Customer Advisor / Administrator who has worked within Technical Sales support, Distribution, Engineering, Logistics or similar then this great opportunity could be for you!

In return for your relationship development ability, IT skills (ideally MRP/ERP), customer led approach, you will be rewarded with;

The role is a permanent full time position. Mon-Thurs 8-4.30, Fri 8-3.30
