As a systems savvy support Administrator you will be the first point of contact for all internal queries relating to their service via their suppliers.
The role will include (but not be limited to);
- Dealing with Activations – investigating failed activations
- Sim card management
- Supplier invoice validation / investigation
- Managing the internal portal with all relevant data
