Team Administrator (Hybrid 3 days in the office)
Our client, a progressive and exciting company, based near Eynsham has an fantastic opportunity to join their team as a Team Administrator.
In this varied role, you will support the directors with general office administration and also assist in project administration.
The successful candidate will be entitled to a market-leading benefits package and a salary of between £22-26k dependent on experience.
The Role
·Project Administration, supporting project managers and take an active role in set up, finance and invoicing
·Assist in Bid preparation
·Report production
·Booking travel arrangements
·Social and Office events Coordination
·Acting as a point of contact for telephone and email enquiries
The Ideal Candidate
·Prior experience in an administration role/office environment (3-5 years)
·Good IT skills- Excel, Outlook and Word
·Adaptable and Proactive
·Great verbal and written communication
·Attention to detail
