The Role
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you’ll support day-to-day operations within a small, close-knit team. You’ll quickly gain exposure to broader supply chain activities including:
- Managing and Processing customer orders using ERP system
- Being first point of contact for customer queries (dealing with major retailers & distributors)
- Liaising with overseas factories and suppliers
- Daily liaison with distributors – tracking deliveries and managing queries
- Assisting with invoices and invoice queries
- Resolving issues relating to shortages, late deliveries – liaison between customer/supplier
- Relationship management with key accounts
- Inventory control relating to packaging
- Tracking sample stock and ensuring traceability
- Maintaining ERP data and pricing
- Supporting forecasting, reporting, and compliance
You’re organised, proactive and driven, with a genuine interest in logistics or operations. You’ll ideally have:
- Some working experience within Supply Chain or relevant Education
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and a solution-focused approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Desirable: FMCG/supply chain experience or ERP exposure
