Sous Chef - Norfolk Hotel, 4 day working week - up to £38k (depending on experience)

As the Sous Chef, you'll have the chance to showcase your skills working with fresh food in a kitchen that values quality and craftsmanship. This is your opportunity to bring your culinary expertise to a role where you'll support the Head Chef in menu development, lead kitchen operations, and inspire a passionate team to deliver outstanding dishes. With 46 hours across just four days, you'll have the time to perfect your craft whilst actually having a life outside the kitchen.
