Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the highest standards in food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintaining consistency and quality as per our esteemed standards.
  • Managing stock effectively, including rotation and audits.
  • Developing and motivating your team, identifying training needs.
  • Handling rotas, holidays, and overall team management.
  • Stepping up as the acting Head Chef when required.
