Are you a skilled chef ready to take the lead? We’re looking for a Weekend Sous Chef to work every Saturday and occasional Sundays, with the key responsibility of covering for the Head Chef during the absences.
Your role:
- Assist and support the Head Chef during weekend service
- Manage and run the kitchen efficiently when the Head Chef is off
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Lead the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong culinary skills and ability to manage kitchen operations
- Confident decision-maker who performs well under pressure
