- Assist our Head Chef and team in curating and serving high-quality, seasonal, modern classics with a premium gastro pub/fine dining touch.
- Be the culinary wizard behind three main service periods daily: Breakfast, Lunch, and Tea, and occasionally charm at private family dining events.
- Use state-of-the-art cooking equipment such as Thermo Mixers and Rational ovens.
- Guide and supervise our diligent kitchen assistants.
- Uphold our high standards in food hygiene and safety every day.
- Engage in continuous learning, including IDDSI training, ensuring you're at the forefront of care-home culinary expertise.
- Champion our commitment to providing residents with diverse dietary needs, including IDDSI Dietary meals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, striving always for excellence.
- Support our ethos and policies on a smoke-free environment.
- No late-night shifts. Your day ends by 18:30.
- A balance of weekends off and weekdays off.
