Select Recruitment are working in partnership with an award winning Gastro Pub to recruit an experienced Sous Chef.
Located in Sleaford, you will be working in a fast paced environment and cooking with fresh ingredients to a high standard. You will have effective communication skills and a genuine desire to be an important part of a friendly and effective team.
About you…
Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous or sous chef level is essential as well as a positive attitude. Working alongside the Head Chef you'll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping both your team our client's customers engaged with exciting new dishes!
