Select Hospitality are looking for a Sous Chef to join a thriving kitchen team, at an award winning Gastro Pub and Inn. This is an opportunity to join a brigade of talented chefs, to perfect the offering and standards at this 2 AA rosette, award winning pub restaurant & inn in Rutland - ready for a busy Summer season.
This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef looking to grow and develop. You will have the opportunity to work alongside award winning senior chefs and soaking up as much information, skills and knowledge as is available.
This role will allow you to be part of a progressive team where your input will be valued on menus, products and ideas. You will be using fresh, locally sourced ingredients - some of which are grown on site in the pubs own vegatble and herb garden. As well as using state of the art kitchen equipment and having an opportunity to use your skills and experience to ensure that all customer requirements are met.
