We're on the lookout for experienced Sous Chefs who are looking to take the next step in their culinary career for my high profile client in Dunwich, Suffolk.

This fantastic historical food led pub is a stroll from the beach with open log fires in winter, light and airy in summer with sheltered sun traps outside in Autumn and Spring to enjoy off season sunshine. Paired with simple, beautifully cooked food.

The ideal candidate would be a real ‘foodie’ with a strong background in creating exciting menus using the freshest, local, and seasonal ingredients. You will be working with a great brigade of skilled chefs who share a passion for good food

This role is perfect for an ambitious individual who is passionate about food and ingredients, can manage a kitchen and has a creative eye for detail.

Responsibilities
  • Create an exciting weekly changing specials board.
  • Managing the smooth creation and service of food from the kitchen.
  • Possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.
