Responsibilities
Full day to day management of the team
Create an exciting weekly changing specials board.
Managing the smooth creation and service of food from the kitchen.
Possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.
Managing a full kitchen team - briefing, supervising and motivating team members.
Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, recruitment and training
Having the ability to multi--task and work efficiently under pressure.
