This fantastic historical food led pub is a stroll from the beach with open log fires in winter, light and airy in summer with sheltered sun traps outside in Autumn and Spring to enjoy off season sunshine. Paired with simple, beautifully cooked food.

The ideal candidate would be a real foodie' with a strong background in creating exciting menus using the freshest, local, and seasonal ingredients. You will inherit a great brigade of skilled junior chefs who are looking to develop their own career under a highly skilled head chef's direction. Seeking an ambitious individual, who is passionate about food and ingredients, can manage a kitchen and has a creative eye for detail.


  • Full day to day management of the team

  • Create an exciting weekly changing specials board.

  • Managing the smooth creation and service of food from the kitchen.

  • Possess excellent culinary and presentation skills.

  • Managing a full kitchen team - briefing, supervising and motivating team members.

  • Great back-office knowledge when it comes to stock management, recruitment and training

  • Having the ability to multi--task and work efficiently under pressure.
